Clinical Hypnotherapy is growing every day in popularity because it’s a safe, proven method of helping people to both overcome their problems and improve their lives.

It works directly with the subconscious to unlock the key to our problems and permanently change patterns of thought and behaviour. Our psychological and emotional problems begin in the subconscious; therefore, it is logical that this is the best place to resolve them. Hypnotherapy is unique in having, through the natural medium of trance, the opportunity to address the subconscious mind directly; and thus, free us of unwanted emotions, thoughts and behaviours that  negatively impact our lives.

Although hypnotherapy is powerful, it is extremely safe, and the client is always in control. You will only make the changes you want and that are of benefit to you. Hypnotherapy is a scientifically researched discipline that is becoming more and more widely accepted as a mainstream therapeutic intervention.

Research shows there is more scientific evidence for hypnotherapy than any other complementary therapy. Through hypnosis people can perform prodigious feats of will-power and self-healing.

Sessions consist of a combination of  trance and talking therapy. Trance is a powerful tool where we can access the subconscious,  positive and beneficial suggestions can be embedded and then interpreted to bring about change. Trance, also referred to as couch time, is an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable experience, with most clients saying it is their favourite part of the session.
