Hi I’m Nadine, I practice Energy Healing and Coaching.  Welcome to my page.

I use a warm, nurturing yet fun and professional style to help you inject your life with joy, happiness and energy, so you feel able to step into your power and live your life with courage.

I love giving, being kind and get deep satisfaction when people feel empowered, leave happy and smiling after a session with me.

I offer twilight sessions in the evenings and sunshine sessions in the morning. Both of which have truly different outcomes. In any of these sessions I help my client to set clear outcomes at the beginning of each session to enable the required result. This means they leave the session totally energised or deeply relaxed depending on their intention. I also use visualisation, sound, colour and other healing modules.

In my coaching practice I work with you, my client, at the place where you want to create change – this could be in your home, at work or wherever the problem state presents itself. I use a very somatic approach, which often means you move your body as well as mind to create long lasting change.

I offer to unique wellbeing sessions to help you re-balance your energies. I use the ancient art of energy healing called Reiki as a basis and combine it with other techniques like energy medicine, colour therapy, crystals, sound bowls, visualisation and affirmations. The sessions aid the body in promoting health and healing. ​

During a session you’ll lay fully clothed on a massage couch and I’ll be using a very light touch on your body or work in your energy field. Many people feel a warm sensation or a tingling during these sessions, some don’t feel anything; which just explains how different and unique we all are.

Sunshine sessions

This wellbeing session I offer during the day, preferably in the morning. It is designed to recharge your batteries, fill you with joy and bring that spring back into your life.

Twilight sessions

This wellbeing session I offer in the evenings. It helps release tension and stress by creating a deep sense of relaxation that will aid your quality of sleep and raise your resilience to deal with the challenges of everyday life.

Personal development coaching

In a coaching session you work towards achieving specific goals and overcoming  obstacles to personal growth. Your goals maybe related to any area of personal development, including sport performance, relationships, business, finance or health and wellness.

I understand myself as your guide as you hold all the answers and solutions within you; I’m merely the helper to unlock these solutions. My way of coaching is very somatic, meaning I work with the whole person – body and mind. This results often in a more physical session, where we move and create long lasting and sustainable change in the areas you are looking to improve.
